Membership 2: 6 - 14 years
This gives your child four hygiene visits and two examinations per year, necessary x-rays and necessary fissure sealants, 15% discount on all other treatment and insurance. Gum Shields at £45.00
£11.42 per month
Membership 3: 6 - 14 years
This gives your child four hygiene visits and three examinations per year, necessary x-rays and necessary fissure sealants, 15% discount on all other treatment and insurance. Flouride trays at £75.00
£12.10 per month
Membership 4: 14 - 18 years
This gives your child six hygiene visits and two examinations per year, necessary x-rays, 15% discount on all other treatment and insurance.
